WHAT CUTLER BAY NEEDS
Cutler Bay became an official town in 2006, although some people still refer to it by older place names such as Cutler Ridge and Perrine. When Cutler Bay came into being, it already had residential properties, stores and shops, but no one place that the citizens think of as “our local gathering place”. The town’s parks, attractive as they are, remain unknown quantities to some of the townspeople. For this lack of a “Cutler Bay place”, the Dream Team came together to visualize what such a site would look like in offering a pleasant place for a walk, a cup of coffee, chats with friends, and places for children to play.
If you could design such a “Cutler Bay place”, what would you put on the property? Give us your suggestions and comments.
